Terms and Conditions, Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

The artwork will be securely packaged for safe delivery and sent using a tracked or ‘signed for’ delivery service. I will aim to send the work within 2-3 days but sometimes this may take a few days longer. Please let me know if your order is urgent and I will do my best to send it promptly, (charlotte@charlottecornish.co.uk).

International Orders

Orders from outside of the UK may be subject to import duties & taxes incurred when the delivery reaches your destination. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges and cannot foresee their amount. The charges of import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient of the order. Please note that there could be a delay while the item is held in customs. Unfortunately I don’t have control over this, & can’t supply any details why or for how long your parcel may be delayed. International orders may take 7-14 days to reach you.

Returns

I really hope that you will be pleased when you receive your artwork but if for any reason you are not happy with it, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. To return the item please contact me by email, (charlotte@charlottecornish.co.uk) and on the safe return of the work in it’s original condition, I will arrange a refund.

You are responsible for the return of the artwork. All artwork is sent back at your own risk. I would advise using a recorded delivery service as the parcel is not my responsibility until I sign for it.

The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
